I found his work to be unsatisfactory when it came to the sprinkler system. Low quality pipes were used and he did not follow my instructions of making sure the main pipes were far enough from the property line so that fencing could be put in. When the fence was finally put in, a number of holes for the 4x4's broke many pipes. Plus some plants never got drip lines to them. It took months before he corrected that. And it took a year to get from him a layout of where the main pipes and drip hoses were buried.
