BROKEN PROMISES & MAKES YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! They promised to be able to set a diamond in a ring in 2 business days. It took 4 business days. I wanted the stone to be set low, almost flushed (low prongs) and they promised they can do so.
