Never gives an estimated time for inspection. They may say between 10 am and 5 pm and you must be present. Well that's extremely inconvenient for families with kids who people HAVE to pick up from school. SO, honestly to me it's like a set up. Leave the kids at school or miss your inspection? I called Beth, the manager at this company, and she advised me that the inspectors don't carry phones in the units so she can't call the inspector. She also stated that he is somewhere in route. Last month I sold my house and one of the two inspectors the buyer picked was a young man from this business. When the door code was given to him, you can see on the picture that there was a hanger on the doorknob asking for everybody that comes in to put on booties to protect floors and brand-new carpets that had been added upstairs for this sale. On the second picture, you can see this sign on the doorknob again and also this little basket with the booties. You cannot not see this. But yet you see on the third picture that... read more
