Never buy any equipment from this place ! After you purchase it, the service goes to h_ _ _ ! Warranty is a joke , they gave me the parts and I ended up getting it fixed myself!!!!!! Won’t mention any names but needs a course in customer service for sure !
Took two weeks to change the oil. 13 days to change the deck spindle still haven’t got it back yet. Had to hire someone to come cut my grass. Never had a problem with them in the past but this is ridiculous .
Don't order fuel oil for your home unless you have 3-5 days to sit and wait and hope someone might show up. Then have them show up at random after days of no call no showing, calling and making an appointment AGAIN, then spill several gallons of fuel in your basement. Then they'll tell you there's nothing they can do and we need to watch it. Yes because people have a full week to sit at home waiting on fuel to make sure the employees know how to properly fill people tanks.
Great people and service. I bought a cub cadet zero turn mower. It had a problem with turning from the factory. The came to my house, which is about 40 minutes away, to service it.
