RecommendedWe have gotten to know so many of the staff here during my Dad’s rehabilitation. Chef Mimmo and associate Duane craft scrumptious meals 3x a day! Every team of Nurse/Tech and Occup and Physical Therapists are cheery and talented! The Nutritionist is focused and personally involved in the rehab experience and the MDs are attentive and each have their own personality—-all in all the best experience we could imagine in a difficult time of life
My grandfather was at your location in Joplin Missouri for a month, they were great up until right before he passed on Saturday April 6th. There was an emergency in his room so we sat and waited. we waited for 30 minutes and then a nurse came out and said we could go back and see him. we asked if he was ok, and she said he had passed away. NO ONE CAME TO LET US KNOW BEFORE HAND. I couldn't believe no one came out, not even the Dr that worked on him!! very unprofessional!
Landmark Hospital in Columbia, MO is top notch. They saved my mom's life! The other hospital was recommending hospice and everyone had given up on her. Mom had the will to live and Landmark staff were motivated to help her get better. She is home now and doing well. Thank you so much Landmark Hospital! Best decision to move her there I have ever made!
The worse of the worse! Lack of staff and the staff lack nursing skills. No empathy and an incompetent management team from the CEO to the aides. The nursing ridicule their CEO stating she runs from problems and hides which I found out this to be true first hand. Tried to discuss my issues with corporate and they refused to sit down and discuss their substandard care (have the whole discussion in emails ) There total lack of care, respect, empathy, and skills only added to the demise of my loved one. Staff knew my husband was coming. Information sent from Cape Coral hospital this afternoon. still had no doctors orders for medication and no Dialysis ready more than an hour after arrival. Loud, low frequency hum and rumble (apparently from the A/C). Man down the hall has been crying out for help for past 20 minutes.
