Our experience with Landmark was excellent until we found out the interior doors had significant gaps underneath. Most of the doors had about a 1 1/2-inch gap between the door and the floor. You could easily hear what was happening in the bathroom from the adjacent neighboring living room. Is was embarrassing when when we had company and someone used the bathroom. Beautiful homes, My boss had us come out here and do a rough clean on these homes and they are just so beautiful the 2nd time we come back and do a touch up we make it look nicer
