We purchased a condo from this builder and have been deeply disappointed by the experience. At closing, multiple items remained unfinished; deficiencies that should have been resolved before we took possession. Despite reporting these issues, the builder has been slow to act, if at all, and continues to delay repairs that were owed to us at the time of sale nearly two years ago.
