During our walkthrough we found several items that needed replacement and touchups, including some safety items found during the inspection. Landmark promised to fix the issue prior to moving in but they never did. We been trying to contact them for a month a they haven’t replied. I recommend not moving or closing on a landmark home unless they fix all the issues first.
Who ever is the driver in a white truck with Washington plates. I have a question WHERE DID YOU LEARN TO DRIVE? HE cut me off and almost caused me to wreck and I got flipped off he needs to pay attention to the road and not his phone.!!!
