DO NOT BUY LANDMARK’S WINDING CREEK home in Annville, PA at 213 PINNACLE RIDGE – the SLAB ON GRADE SLAB FOUNDATION IS BROKEN IN HALF! Landmark (I now refer to them as Crackmark) was building the house for me. I refused to purchase the house because the foundation slab was severely cracked in numerous places and completely broken across the entire slab foundation. Crackmark may say they repaired the break, but the only true way to repair a broken slab foundation is to repour the slab. Crackmark refused to repour the slab. I n... read more

Not impressed. Shotty workmanship. No value for the money. Three car garage that is really for one car. Just another builder on t for themselves.

My refrigerator is out…they finally found a vendor about 40 miles away but they don’t have but 1 serviceman to come out so it will be a week without my refrigerator. They are supposed to check it out next Friday but don’t know how long it will take to actually find out what’s wrong. The last episode I had with them was October and I ended up getting someone out and paid them myself to get my heater leak rep... read more

I am a mortgage lender. I work for a company that lends people money to purchase new homes. I sent some of my preapproved buyers out into the market and they decided to buy a new home from Landmark Homes. They needed an appraisal done after the home was completed. The person we had lined up recently broke her arm and was unable to complete the job in time. I immediately appointed a new appraiser to complete the job. The new appraiser was not as quick as I had hoped, leading to a delayed settlement. Laura Chandler, the Settle... read more
