Very frustrating. They did not clean out the condenser drain in the year we had them for our service contract. Caused it to back up. We had our new company come out and clean it and put in whatever needs to go down it. The back up cost us several hundred to fix. Rep called me and advised, that they had done it and referred to the invoices. When I reviewed the invoices, no where did it say they did this. It was a detailed invoice listing everything they did. Landmark has installed and serviced my AC/Heat units for over 15 years. Their service is very reliable. I trust their advice and service. I NEEDED new ductwork for my home, and they were quick to complete the work so I could return home. I have found Landmark to be extremely honest, and they stand behind their products and services. I have a yearly contract to check and replace filters twice a year! Fifteen years is a long time to enjoy great service by honest and friendly people. Thank you
I have a maintenance program with Landmark and when I noticed our unit was not working and it was in the 90's at 7:00 pm. It just took one phone call, and someone came out an hour later and had us back up and running. Very polite and helpful, as always with their techs. Great company
