Was amazed how quickly Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning responded to my call of desperation. My furnace went out during the before our Memphis cold weather hit in January 2025. Installers were here the next morning; my new furnace was working that day!! Workers were polite, efficient and professional.
Have a condo with a building supply heat pump HVAC system. I was having high pressure faults. Atomatic did a great job in methodically finding and resolving the problem. I appreciated them showing me the issue and the tips on how I could improve the maintenance to reduce future risks. Very personable and methodical. Great service!
Garrett and Mike showed up promptly at 7:30 with big smiles on the their faces and immediately started work. They were polite and efficient communicating every step of the process. They treated our house as if it was their own and cleaned up when they left. They explained the thermostat in plain language and we are excited to use our new heating system tonight. All of my buildings HVAC systems over the last 8 years have been maintained by Atomatic. They have always went above and beyond when called upon. Just yesterday we had a Frequency drive and a 40 horsepower supply fan motor get fried and Atomatic was quick to respond to our medical office building.
