excellent service, very knowledgeable.
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years and had previously worn four sets of aids fitted by a local service that recently closed their office. I was ready for a new pair to upgrade to the newest technology and was referred to Dr. Sandra by a neighbor. My experience with the testing and fitting was excellent and more precise than I had previously experienced. Dr. Sandra if very personable, the staff very friendly and I am very pleased to have found them.
Let me preface this review by saying that I am hyper critical of doctors after having more bad experiences than good. That being said, Dr. Brandon Cyrus (and his assistant Dominick) at the Willow Glenn Landmark office is an absolute gem. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating and informative with my 96-years-young grandmother who had just switched doctors. I have been having trouble with hearing, & i through it was my ears. Landmark found trouble was in my hearing aids. They fixed them & now I can hear much better. I have always had good service with them.
I have been going to Landmark Hearing for over 7 years. The entire staff is helpful, skilled and patient. I have always been helped in a timely fashion. The people that I have recommended to them have also raved about their service.
