I have been using Landmark Health for a year and a half and am thankful for the medical support they have provided. Being an only child with 90-year old parents with quite a few health issues has been challenging. NP Sarah W. and our Case Manager, Mark, have been compassionate and have helped so much in stressful times.
The nurse examinedme, took my vitals, and made me feel comfortable with Landmark Health Unfortunately i ystill have questions and need a followon in gone appointments
We have the most amazing nurse that comes to visit my husband. Landmark has been a wonderful service for us.
Very good visit with Dr. Choi, he answered the questions I had pertaining to my pulminary hypertension.
