My case worker Nurse Practitioner (Stewart) was professional, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She was strong but sensitive and very well may have saved my life in the previous appointment by insisting I go to an emergency room when she observed I was having an stroke/TIA. She was interested in the result of the hospital stay. I owe her my life. So I give her a rating a 5 star for her intelligence, care, dedication to duty. and her excellent work skills.
Everything was covered health wise she was excellent
They are taking very good care me.It makes me feel very good to have a very good back up plan. When my doctors office let's me down,saying I didn't call the office when I called twice yesterday. Landmarks came to my home to check me out.
Representative was timely, friendly and was very empathetic and helpful. She was able to interact professionally with my family member without any trouble. I don't have any reservation about using Landmark's services.
