Horrible experience! Second time I called within a few days span and got Shelly Nurse Practitioner who is extremely unprofessional, she talks over you, tells to be quite as she is the only one allowed to talk, gives you incorrect information and does nothing to help the patient. I wasted so much time speaking each time to this Nurse Practitioner with zero benefit for the patient. Landmark Health/ Optum or whatever they call themselves now...they are nothing but waste of time nowadays...they can't do nothing about anything! O... read more

I've been having pain and some seemingly intestinal/ stomach issues.I called landmark last night.I don't think the nurse practitioner knew much about what she was doing.I have nogood review.what good is a home health that doesn't come? Lol.its funny tho I had called with a migraine and it something else ,the nurses who callledme back to see how I was in the day were good.Dr was too.but I have to say it's a no confidence
