I'm really glad to have Landmark health as part of my health care team. They are good people who listen carefully to you. It's comforting to know that they are just a call phone away. As time has passed now, Landmark and all of their doctors, nurses & staff members have kept in contact with me, checking up on me by phone and making appointments to come by and visit making certain that they are doing everything that they can for me. The Landmark team is truly a great team to have on your side.
Landmark came several times to our house due to my husbands health conditions. PA Jeff and PA Tracy including all the nurses have always shown up promptly. They all are very caring, very knowledgeable and reassuring. I can’t say enough good about this organization.
