They stink as professionals. I fell two weeks ago. I had a bright red mark about the size of a quarter. I've been keeping it clean. However, it turned black and puffy. Yesterday a nurse and a learning nurse came to my house and told me that I had nothing to worry about. They told me to go and get some other antibiotic cream and large bandaids.
