Landmark is so on top of things! I appreciate that they contacted us the day after my husband was discharged from the hospital and we have a Nurse Practioner coming tomorrow! They are so nice and we trust them.
The nurses of so friendly, dependable, thorough, easy to talk to and explain things. I love that they are available 24/7. They came out to check on me, and saved a trip to the ER!
I fell and hurt my arm. Landmark sent a nurse to my home to make sure that I was okay and to treat and bandage the wound. She was wonderful, very kind and caring.
