This place is an awesome place to live! I have been here for several years and haven’t had any issues and the staff is always helpful…especially Taylor Lindsey who is AMAZING!!!!! She definitely goes above and beyond to help everyone in any way she can. So if you are looking for a new apartment you should come by.
I’m a new move in and am on my 4 month living here at the Landmark at Grandview . I’m also experiencing living on my own for the first time and have nothing but good things to say about the apartment complex. From the staff to the cleanliness of the complex, to the community I’ve built amongst the residents. My experience viewing the property was amazing up kept nice pool sight welcoming the only thing that threw the tour off was the person touring me. Her name was Kiara she was not why I expected she didn’t seem like she was wanting to do her job she was very lousy I felt like she smelt a little bit of alcohol coming off her breath as she was speaking to me. Front office staff is not good and the trash service is borderline predatory with fines
So I came in today and Luisiana Vidales really made the experience great for me and I enjoyed every minute of the tour with her. I really appreciate it and just overall was amazing and friendly. She really made me set my sights to come in and move in here. Which I will and that’s literally because of her. I just need to finish on the quota and I’m in!!! Thank yal
