I've lived here going on 5 years now and I've enjoyed my stay and don't foresee myself moving any time soon. Overall it has been a pleasant place to live in. I've never had any safety issues, any issues with other residents or staff. For a while, there were two large constructions on each side of the complex at the same time (which obviously would've made it difficult for any complex to be completely clean 100% of the time) but they never let it become a big issue, and kept it as clean as they could. This place looks charming at first glance but it's cheap, fifthly, and ghetto. Like other reviews state, the elevators only work half the time. Visitor parking is a chore and a half to take care of, and resident parking is unbelievably limited. NO ONE takes an effort to keep the property clean - you can easily find dog poop in the grassy areas and even right outside your apartment door. I have lived here for almost 5 years now and just resigned! I have had the best experience living here and have not had any issues since moving in. The front office staff and maintenance are very kind and helpful with any questions I have. I love the events that the apts host and enjoy the amenities!
I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!! If I can leave a negative star review I would! This place is poorly maintained, there is dog crap all over the streets and in the grass, no one picks up after them. The trash situation is horrible! Only 1 Dumpster to all of these apartment complexes, it is constantly full and over flowing and stinks horribly.
