By far the worst service experience you can have when buying a brand new vehicle. I’ve purchased 2 brand new trucks from this dealership in the past 3 years. One of those trucks is a 2022 f250 with less than 40,000 miles on it. This truck has been going to them to fix a check engine light since the truck had less than 20,000 miles. Went to Landmark east for a water pump in my Ford Explorer Wayne was amazing even though it was pricey good work pays off they did an amazing job he got my recalls done aswell also told me about my spark plugs needing done and had it so that I can still drive until I was able to get my spark plugs changed out great customer service all around I highly recommend
Would give zero stars. Lie, don’t answer phones, don’t call with an update only to get told they can’t work on the truck because of work the sales team claims the service department did after I drove down there to find out what’s going on.
