Very bad service, bought a truck on line and I had them to delivery to me in other state. They never told me about the truck comes with a dent. The worst thing they permit comes with the truck is already axpired and they never take care about send me the license plate of the car which is everything was paid.
waited 3 weeks to get my truck worked on and i show up when i was told to be there and they never scheduled my appointment. wont be back. fords incompetence has cost me way to much money. so looking at ram and trading off this lemon of a ford. dont buy a ford people. ita been a nightmare
Eric Rice was a life saver when I completely totaled my car. It left me car less and he complete went above and beyond to find something that was affordable and within my budget. Plus it had all the amenities I wanted.

Do NOT trust Landmark Ford Trucks on Clearlake with your vehicle overnight. We took our truck in for recall work, and during its time in their care, it was ransacked and several items were stolen. Instead of taking responsibility, they told us to report it to our insurance. This is completely unacceptable. A dealership should ensure the safety of vehicles left in their possession—especially overnight. We expected professional service and basic security, and we received neither.
