They have had my F150 for more than 6 months. Lukey if I get a return call, I wait on hold for 20+ minutes. They have let the truck sit so long that one tire has a leak now.
Had the parts I needed for my truck on a Saturday when others didn't. Extremely helpful and good experience.
After purchasing a new engine sheild and paying for it, 10 miles later the front half falls down and is dragging. Later they told me they needed some new hardware for it. Why didnt they wait for the new hardware before installing the new engine sheild?

If I could give no stars. I would. This place is a joke. Don’t ever use them. I found my dream car here. I live almost 7 hours away. Spent DAYS texting them to get info on this car. Made an appointment to see it. Drove the whole way there. 45 min left in the drive and they sold the car out from under me. I got to the dealership as the new owners drove away in my car.
