I had a 2013 Ford Focus Titanium with just over 100k miles that needed a part replaced under warranty. Took it to this dealership for the warranty work. No problems yet. I call to check in about once a week, no progress for about 3 weeks. Then I'm told that part needed is back ordered and it could be 6+ months before I get my primary, daily commute, vehicle back.
