There must be something about name Landmark. I’ve had misfortune of dealing with Landmark East in Springfield. They had my car for seven months!!!! No communication ever. I called left voice mails, emails to Jason. No replies nothing. I hear that they after seven months decide to drive over to Taylorville to do repair!!! This was one of the best Ford dealerships I’ve ever been in!! The prices were at or below what you can get at Walmart or any auto parts store I couldn’t believe it!!! Rotella T6 5w40 was $24 a gallon at the same price prices at Walmart and this is the dealership keep it up on which all dealerships were just like this and I wish I lived here. I would shop here all the time.!!!!!

By far the worst service experience you can have when buying a brand new vehicle. I’ve purchased 2 brand new trucks from this dealership in the past 3 years. One of those trucks is a 2022 f250 with less than 40,000 miles on it. This truck has been going to them to fix a check engine light since the truck had less than 20,000 miles.
