We went in looking for a used vehicle but had no idea what we were looking for. Eli took care of us. She asked us about our needs and wants in a car. She showed us around and answered all of our questions! We went in with the idea that we were just going to look. Eli did an awesome job and gave us pros and cons to many cars. Definitely had to leave a review for Bob Allen Ford Ottawa Kansas. This place is a 5/5 stars in my book. DJ the salesman as known as (the cowboy) was incredible to work with he listened to my wants and needs and walked in to my perfect truck. We didn’t have to play the price back and forth game nor the addon’s we both had a game plan and both walked away with a happy ending. Definitely worth the drive to buy your next vehicle. I came to Crain to by purchase 2 vehicles 1 a palisade and about to work on a Sonata for receive palisade and could not change Radio station I went to Crain and talk to salesman, he stated it needs system update, salesmen took me took the lady that is in charge of service center, I left car came back and she stated the head for radio needs to be replace, she stated the general Manager stated they will pay half to fix it, I ask to speak to him, she stated to me she agree with me, I would not pay half, you have not ad... read more

Bought a truck from them in February. A couple weeks later when the bank contacted me to set up my online payments I noticed that the amount due was wrong. Looked at the paperwork they had put in a $5000 extended warranty that I never okayed. Yes I signed the paperwork, you know how it is. They keep you there forever. But by time I got to the finance department it was 9 o’clock at night. I have been fighting with them since to get the money back. Their customer service is awful. I had an up and down experience and first with buying a used F150 from the team at Mike White Ford. I found a truck I loved and had some issues almost immediately. The team at Mike White did everything in their power to fix the issue in a timely manner. Once realizing that it couldn't be accomplished quickly, they did everything in their power to do right by my fiancé and me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because of their unethical treatment of us for cancelling a maintenance agreement that they failed to register so I had to pay for routine services. They have continually transferred me to phones that go to voicemail and then never return my calls. I started this in November of last year and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. As of today, 5/15/2025, we still have not received a refund or an explanation why. Even a report to Better Business Bureau was ignored. A... read more
