Update: they also treated my friend terribly last year. Go to ford Damero in Beaverton. She had her engine fail and it was under warranty. It took literal months for them to fix it and they refused to give her a loaner about it. Then one day when she was there, heard another customer get a loaner. She brought it up and eventually they agreed to pay her for 1 weeks worth of rental cars. But she had to escalate it. How can you operate like this what a shame. You guys ruined my car and charged me triple everywhere else. Why? I really don’t understand. Now I have to pay more to fix everything you supposedly fixed and didn’t fix.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion that I brought into their shop on April 11th pre-diagnosed, asked if they could order the part and program it into my car. The issue with my car is the same as a recall from years 2006-2009. After 4 months of my car sitting, I’m told the part can’t be recreated, it’s not made anymore and there’s nothing they can do because they aren’t an actual “Ford” shop.
