If I could give this place no stars, I would. I needed transmission service for my 2020 Ram 1500 in April. The service dept kept my truck a couple days, taking pictures of my transmission, to get warranty approval. A couple weeks passed and they told me they needed to see the truck again, for more pictures. They said Dodge transmissions are sealed and when they go bad, they need replaced. We asked for a second key when we were signing the paperwork. We have contacted them multiple times about it .All we have gotten is the run around, a month later still NO KEY.
Great experience with Landmark Jeep. Love my new Grand Cherokee!
