Windows replacement entire home, 10 windows 2 sliding doors. Installed August/September 2019. First rain two large windows leek. Called Taylor and his first reaction was it was my roof. I sent pictures showing it wasn’t a roof, and our damaged dry wall. He finally sent his Lead Installation guy Mike. Mike is awesome, he recaulked the windows. Now 2023, five windows leak.
