I was there to get an oil filter and a couple of bottles of 20 W50 for my Farris zero turn..FT730V .. for about $64.00
Horrible parts department. You bring them the part with the part number on it and they claim that they can’t look up the part number without even checking. After leaving this worthless dealer, I called Kohler myself and all they needed was the part number. They even told me that the dealer was straight up lying to me because the number that this dealer wanted wouldn’t help at all. Great service as always
Called the place to check stock for a product. They checked told me yes they have what I needed. When I arrived there 20 minutes later. They don't carry that product. Told me that this product "should"work. Went elsewhere to get the product that does for sure work.
