I obtained a used skid steer and needed to get a battery. So with this being the local New Holland dealership, I figured they'd have the battery. Walking in, no greeting. One man was very polite while the other was rude to his coworker because he could not figure out how to work the system. He also was not pleased that I had cash so he had to do some work? Horrible parts department. You bring them the part with the part number on it and they claim that they can’t look up the part number without even checking. After leaving this worthless dealer, I called Kohler myself and all they needed was the part number. They even told me that the dealer was straight up lying to me because the number that this dealer wanted wouldn’t help at all. Don’t waste your time with this place, they want to sell you the wrong parts and make you come back and pay a restocking fee. Plus, they don’t eve... read more
