Everyone here is SO nice. My work was done quickly and professionally and definitely put my mind at ease regarding the easement.
Once upon a time I was young and I worked here when I was a nursing student. It was a good experience and I thought that we all did a great job. A tree branch fell onto a neighbor’s house damaging their roof, and it was not possible to determine whether the tree in question was on our property or the neighbor’s property. Landmark came out on short notice, surveyed the situation and tree location with respect to lot line resolving all issues. This current exceptional work mirrors my experience with Landmark as an attorney for decades.
Purchase a house 6 years ago in Orland Park and they did a plate of survey for me the guy marked off the wrong area in the front of the house trying to get them out here just to Mark out the right spot on the front of the house and they are trying to charge me $500 to do this if they messed up they should come out here and do it themselves for free.
