Once upon a time I was young and I worked here when I was a nursing student. It was a good experience and I thought that we all did a great job. Fast forward to 2012 and I bought my first home with my husband. We had to get a permit to update our fences and lo and behold. The Landmark POS was not done well. A tree branch fell onto a neighbor’s house damaging their roof, and it was not possible to determine whether the tree in question was on our property or the neighbor’s property. Landmark came out on short notice, surveyed the situation and tree location with respect to lot line resolving all issues. This current exceptional work mirrors my experience with Landmark as an attorney for decades.
Purchase a house 6 years ago in Orland Park and they did a plate of survey for me the guy marked off the wrong area in the front of the house trying to get them out here just to Mark out the right spot on the front of the house and they are trying to charge me $500 to do this if they messed up they should come out here and do it themselves for free.
I'm looking to get a surveyor who will mark the lines at the corners with stakes. I will install a fence and what this done for me, I called and was told no call the people who gave you the plant of survey they should do that. Not helpful at all
