As an interior designer, I work with many builders and it is always refreshing to find one who truly values quality, craftsmanship and collaboration. Landmark's attention to details, professionalism and commitment to delivering an exceptional home make them a builder I highly and confidently recommend to my clients, and to anyone looking for exceptional quality and a seamless building experience.
Full scale remodel tear down- keeping only the roof. Seamless process start to finish with reasonable budgets, timelines, and not to mention on-time, (super high quality) delivery. Sure, there are hiccups in all projects, but John -and team- handled everything in a timely manner and with professionalism. I couldn’t have been happier.
My company installs private bowling alleys in homes in all 50 states, which gives me a unique perspective on the quality and professionalism of luxury home builders across the country. Landmark Builders stands out for their thoroughness, professionalism, and proactive communication. Their team was organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. If you’re looking for a custom home builder in Northern California, I highly recommend Landmark Builders.

This team is professional, organized, proactive, problem-solving, and an all around kind, easy to work with group. As designers, it's always refreshing (and surprisingly rare) to work with a builder who cares as much about the quality of the finished product as we do, and Landmark has been an incredible collaborator to that end. We love to work with good people who are great at what they do, and hope to... read more
