If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The service department is a SCAM. To begin with they do nothing with any sort of rush, I had a truck sitting there for 5 weeks and they did NOTHING to it. During the time they had the truck, I was charged $1700 for draining the fuel tank that had Def in it, just for me to take it to another dealership and find out they NEVER did it. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Landmark Dodge, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their customer service was appalling, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Started out with a price to fix all the issues was $400. Then it was a snowball, with the price increasing with every phone call. Second to last call Josh stated there would not be anymore increasing of the price. This was my very first time ever dealing with Landmark for service. I must admit at first it was a little rocky what was going on. Then off in the horizon here she came...Britney my new service rep. She jumped right in there and got my vehicle serviced, kept me informed on progress, and actually would call me back! Dealing with her as my service advisor was a dream come true.
