If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been here a couple of times because I stupidly purchased a truck from here. They weren’t this bad before. Now I feel like I have to fight them to give them money. This review is for the service department! Never a hard time here, the waiting area is leaps and bounds better than most dealerships I’ve been too. Good coffee and plenty of space to spread out and work on your laptop in privacy while you wait. I have a closer dodge dealership but I always come here because of the waiting area and also the actual service itself. I usually work with Jamar or Joshua, both are very professional and have always been straight with me. I’ll continue coming here. Bonus points for being a cool garag... read more

Worse customer service services I’ve ever experienced nobody ever answer except front desk and they transfer you to an endless ringing phone ! Horrible I will never service my vehicle here. Stay away people !
Service department is hot garbage. Can't get any updates or info on status of vehicle, and calling is pointless.
