Amazing staff. Friendly and knowledgable
I've been going here for years, the staff here are great, from the receptionists, dental hygienist, assistants to the dentist himself. Yes they do good work too. I'm a little harder to freeze, but they freeze me well when I go in, to be honest I fell a sleep the last two times, while getting work done.
5-star treatment from 5-star people.
Super friendly staff that makes you feel so comfortable and safe to be there...very approachable dentist who is so friendly and aims to do what is best for his patients...very knowledgeable and not pushy with work needing to be done, works with you to make a plan...extremely happy to have myself and family as part of this establishment.
Had a great experience with Charlotte and my cleaning. Disappointed with my Interaction with Dr. Thompson and felt belittled by him in front of the hygienist. Have been a client for over 20 years and will probably not be returning.
