I’ve used this branch because of its convenience to work. They are by far inept on many levels and I will go out of my way to avails this location going forward. Too many bad experiences over the years.
Someone tried to hack my bank account. It took me over 24 hours to get someone on the phone. Called multiple times, and was hung up on multiple times. Will be looking into other credit unions to move all of my accounts. Update: the reply from Landmark is to call them. A really solid branch that has been around for a good while. Been banking with them for years and enjoy every minute of it. The customer service is great in the super knowledgeable and very helpful.
Zero stars for Landmark! Based off of my experience with Landmark I'd recommend going to a payday loan store before getting a loan from Landmark. They unjustly added $1000.00 fee to my account though a third party. After weeks/months of back and forth they finally reversed it. Then threatened to do it again! Horrible bank.
