You never realize how many roofing/siding companies there are until you need one- it can be overwhelming trying to make the right choice. Landmark separates themselves from others in their communication and approach, while also completing stellar work. Whereas other companies could be impersonal/disinterested or came off as primarily sales people, Cory and Amanda worked with me and took my needs, preferences and overall situation into account.
