I live in one of there olathe properties and I been here for 4 months and can say im ready to move, the apartment is a straight dump, my a/c does not work properly it doesn't get under 80 degrees in my apartment and I am a heart patient ,and I pretty much dont stay there much due to A/c, and the roaches are bad you open up the cabinet they fall on you, the place has spiders ants roaches, no screens on windows, and I will be contacting city codes I do not recommend this place to no one slum lords.
Not impressed. Unsure if it's because they handle to many properties or not but have not had a good experience at all.
