I lived in their building for 2 years. Cheap rent for the location. Poor maintenance.My ceiling still leaked from Hurricane Katrina after 2 years. Couldnt get them to check the central ac for condensation till FP&L inspector got access to the roof. Dont even respond to building code inspections and requirements. Then theyll try to charge yoursecurity deposit for a paint job to correct water damage which they neglected through + 2 years of complaints. Cheap rent, cheap facilities. Youll get what you pay for, and less. Ghetto.
