This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. After going through a distributor to purchase 6k+ square feet of flooring we were 200 sq ft short. It took 2.5 weeks to get a PO # for the additional “stone”. A drive of 3 hours to finally pick it up I was held at the gate because the number given was a sales order number. Absolute TERRIBLE product...12x24 are mis milled, different sizes and product won't cut on a wet saw without shearing off...save your money and go with a different company...absolute trash, American product should be ashamed of itself
