Ordered tile samples from Home Depot that were sent from this company. They were tossed in a bubble mailer with absolutely no additional padding or separation between the 3 samples. 2 of 3 samples were received broken. They were not returnable to Home Depot. I was credited $0.60 for the broken tiles. Avoid this company. They clearly do not care about the service they provide.
This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. After going through a distributor to purchase 6k+ square feet of flooring we were 200 sq ft short. It took 2.5 weeks to get a PO # for the additional “stone”. A drive of 3 hours to finally pick it up I was held at the gate because the number given was a sales order number. Absolute TERRIBLE product...12x24 are mis milled, different sizes and product won't cut on a wet saw without shearing off...save your money and go with a different company...absolute trash, American product should be ashamed of itself
