I'm living here currently, it's 55 and older. The apartments are wonderful and are remodeled. I have owned my own homes, rented several apartments over time, some new builds but no apartments have anything on Landmark. Beautiful gardens which you're allowed to also plant your own veggies and flowers. A very large community deck, tables and umbrellas to have get togethers. It's like a family here, very welcoming. I'm giving 5 Stars, although I have not been in this building since my childhood (70s) when it was originally called St.Joseph's Home and run by The sisters of Charity. It was a Catholic nursing home, which my mother worked at for years in the laundry, and she was the only one working back there. She would get help occasionally from one or two of the nuns on hand. Nice clean place . Everyone I Sean actually looked Happy . . Place has good security doors at the front for the seniors saft. Don't know much more didn't stay long just make a delivery.

Best place we could have found for our parents... They said they wish they had made the move 10 years ago.
