Water bill is too high never seen this much water cost for 2people ($280~300$), Always doing some repair work but the bill amount is just increasing every month instead of decline.
Water bill 300 USD per month. Management does not care about it and dumps all the bills on resident. Hopeless place.
Current residents face high water bills due to ongoing leakages, new residents will discover this in 2nd month, with utilities around $300/month. Management refused to cap the water bill, leaving residents to bear the cost. These leaks are unknown at lease signing, and terminating the lease incurs fee of 1.5x base rent. My rent goes up every year. That's what you get for paying your rent on time. 1950$ for a one bedroom. They just raise it. I go online to pay my rent and they advertise a 1 bedroom for 1500$. LANDMARK IS A SCAM!
Really sketchy and untrustworthy apartment complex. They ask for deposits before signing and will stall to cause delays in move in process so that they can up charge your rent. Learn to do business like an actual business.
