BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS WORK AND OWN THIS PROPERTY! I would leave a zero if I could. The AI system they use will charge you fabricated charges to your utility bills and the office will refuse to take them off. They say that we have to pay any charges the AI says, but, they were charges from before we even moved into the unit. Landmark and Graystar refuse to take it off the bill and we were forced to pay nearly $300 in utilities we didn't even use. It was amazing! Andrew Darr was my leasing consultant at Landmark in Tanasbourne. He was very helpful during the tour, showed us two apartments and answered all our questions. He was kind, professional and showed us all the amenities and local resources.
I recently toured with Andrew and he gave an excellent tour! He made sure we knew all the amenities as well as the area surrounding the complex. He was able to answer all our questions as well as show us additional units we may have wanted. His overall energy was amazing and kind along with professional!
Very disappointed with how management handled a recent repair. I received a notice stating that work would be done in one bathroom, so I expected a routine repair. Instead, the crew arrived on Friday, removed the ceilings in both bathrooms, exposed insulation and wiring, and then left, saying they would return on Monday because they don't work weekends.
