People at leasing office are rude and not friendly. They charge for unnecessary things says it’s in lease agreement.
Son de lo peor, el personal no es amable y al momento de postular te dan opciones uno hace el depósito y si no pasas ellos deben realizar la devolución de este depósito y no lo hacen nunca yo llevo 3 meses esperando mi dinero y no responden por correo y en persona solo dicen lo enviaré a la oficina que se encarga de eso y así van 3 meses esperando mi dinero
The location of this apartment complex is very convenient, and the amenities were good including Amazon Lockers. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to ongoing maintenance and management issues. During the entire time we lived here, the hot tub was broken and never repaired. Every time we inquired about it, we were told that they were waiting for the parts to arrive(for over a year).
