They don't even deserve 1 star the pool and playground is awful
First moved in when it was Landmark and things were great. Friendly management, quick maintenance men. Then it sold to Balmoral Club and has gone down ever since. No enforcement of anything. Only ONE maintenance guy for the ENTIRE complex. And it seems the buildins are jimmy rigged and frankensteined together. They are faster at turning around a vacated apt than they are taking care of current tenants. They will not communicate with you and make sure you read every bit of fine print in the lease agreement. They will tell you something different at the office, so follow the lease and don't listen to a word management says. They are slow with work orders and do not enforce any issues with noise. Slumlord and honestly the area is not that great either.
