Our apartment is the most poorly designed building I've ever set foot in, it's subpar in every way you can think of and the experience we had with the application/approval/leasing process wasn't much better; I was really excited to have our own place but honestly I'm disappointed to call it home, it's not worth the price at all but maybe it'll get better once we've had some time to settle in, we didn't have any other options though so it'll have to be good enough for now
Nothing but good things to say, We had an issue with our flooring and within a week’s time the Landmark team had it fixed. Melissa made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole project. Danny did an amazing job being respectful in our home and was sure to be mindful of our cats. Very happy to have a great complex care.
Posting for my dear sweet brother: He lives here. He’s very clean and he has disgusting cockroaches in his house. I don’t like going to his house anymore and he despises his apartment. He stays for convenience reasons. His neighbors shared with him they have cockroaches 🪳 too. This is no fault of their own. The roaches 🪳 were there when they moved in. All of them are clean people and never had this issue until moving here. They do tell the office and they do send American pest control. But this is a continuous ongoing prob... read more
