Nice complex. Just don’t have friends and family visit. They have a severe shortage of visitor parking and like to do sweeps at 5:00am and tow out anyone without a Parking sticker. Great money grab at $150 per vehicle. We got in around 11pm on Friday night to visit our daughter. Plenty of spots open, just no visitor spots. We were heading out around 6:00am and found out vehicle had been towed at 5:10. Along with about 15 others.
Great staff, amenities and views. Best apartment I've stayed at in Tampa. Not moving anytime soon

I love it here BUT!! Can everyone please slow down on the driving. I seen too many people speeding. Someone is going to get hurt or better yet killed. A seen a little red car and tan van speed all the time!!
I love living here. I have been a resident for almost 2 years since relocating from New York and had no problem re-signing my lease. Not only the office staff but the Property Manger himself is so welcoming and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure any concern I may have is addressed promptly. The maintenance staff is just the same and extremely pleasant. We have everything in close distance from us including my children’s high school. New manager is clueless as is the other gals in front office. Forget customer service that's never been an issue its the roaches, dirty buildings and trashy people. And that I can fall through my floor if I jump hard enough. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
