As a resident here at the Monte, I haven’t had any problems, the maintenance is great about getting work orders done as long as they are submitted through the portal, I truly feel like they do care and try to fix what they can if there are any issues, proud and comfortable in my home!
As a current resident and basically a newbie to apartment living, this is only my second place…and I have to say the communication here is honestly horrible. Phone calls always go straight to their automated system, and when you text the office you never hear anything back. Maintenance takes forever and you’re constantly left guessing. For the price we pay, the communication and follow-through should be way better. The amenities are pretty well kept tho.

"don't worry people never open this. Only maintenance has access." Why would you not recommend a lock for someone's storage unit? Why would you keep someone's mail keys for over a month. I wouldn't trust this complex with a cup of my pee. Upgraded amenities and downgraded on quality like giving residents their keys in a timely manner. Who waits a month for a mail key? Get it together. People paying for their garage and not having access to it. Why pay for it? Its giving inexperienced and overworked. Get it together.
