Upgraded amenities and downgraded on quality like giving residents their keys in a timely manner. Who waits a month for a mail key? Get it together. People paying for their garage and not having access to it. Why pay for it? Its giving inexperienced and overworked. Get it together.
Went to go check the mail and BOOM!! 💥 Smfh..... Unsafe, on a Sunday the mail man did NOT do this. Maybe someone was just being nice and opening all mail boxes for the working people because we so tired we can't use a key to open our 📬 Great amenity!!
I’ve put in five work orders between July 30, 2025, and October 4, 2025, and my issues still haven’t been resolved. My kitchen light has been stuck on since September 30, which should absolutely be considered an emergency — no one wants to pay a higher electric bill for something out of their control. The short time I have been here has been ok. My issue is the lack of proper record management from the property manager/accountant. I moved in December 2024 as part of the 2 months free rent special, so I was supposed to be rent-free for January & February 2025. I made sure to still pay the monthly fees. Tell me why when the leasing office switched over to a new resident portal without warning, they did not roll over the rent special. Idk about these new reviews that have 3,4, and 5 stars... theyre talking about a 15 minute experience. YALL don't live here (I DO) we been living here almost 11 months and dont have a MAILBOX KEY..... they just put a door on the mailbox...... I DON'T even have the key to it. Smh!! We've also been paying for a smart lock for 11 months and still have a dumbass KEY that the front desk can't even access.. Dishwasher don't work nor has work either...
