Carlos and Joanna have been absolutely courteous..very professional and respectful with their job performance. I’ve been here for 5 yrs and have been through many changes with the management personnel over these past years. This particular group has far outweighed the excellent performance from any previous managerial at The Monte. I anticipate that I’ll continue to live here under these circumstances. Update: Felix on the Maintenance team is amazing. Always swiftly working he does his job well and exceeds expectations very grateful for the fast prompt response. Love love love The Monte very quiet, safe and the office staff is very friendly and prompt on any request made.
I recently moved into this complex, and overall the move-in process was very smooth thanks to the management team. Carlos, the manager, was extremely helpful with the leasing process. He made sure everything was handled properly, helped us secure our preferred unit, and was responsive in addressing a few minor maintenance issues in the apartment.
