This place is so over ran with loitering and there is a CRIME INFESTATION. Groups of people 'hanging out' after office hours in the evenings, all weekend, drinking in the parking lots, blasting music and throwing their trash & beer containers all over the grounds. Kids run all around the stairs and breezways screaming, not just laughing and playing but stomping, and high pitched long winded screaming, in the halls, it echos... this happens all of the time for hours at a time.
