No security! Stuff stolen twice!! Police report done…got a report number which does nothing. Front office staff rude. No washing area, small pool, gym is tiny. Really contemplating on paying the fee to break my contract.
Hello my name is Latichia Bishop, I live in apartment 920. I just moved in to the community on May 14th. 2025. For tge last 5 days I have been without AC. The temperature in Houston tx have been 84 and above the passed 2 weeks. My thermostat reads 94 and above with the AC blowing used to try and cool my apartment down. Without it on blow something the temp is 101 or higher. I live on the 3 floor of my building and this is quite disrespectful. I have put in work orders, and have left messages multiple time. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, especially when it comes to maintenance. Alserto and his team are absolutely top-notch. Anytime there’s an issue, they’re on it fast and get it done right the first time. This is a great place to live! The property is so clean and the office staff is exceptional! Go in and ask for Marselena, she will provide the best customer service and get you moved into your new apt.
Maintenance did a good job fixing the issue in a timely manner. Only positive is the maintenance team
