Our experience with Grand Palms has been excellent. Blanca has gone above and beyond to ensure our recent move in process was seamless. She has been very professional and attentive, assisting promptly with our maintenance requests and ensuring that any concerns were addressed quickly.
Eveytime I call the number they dont ever answer. When I email them they dont reply.
Recently moved in a few weeks ago after finally escaping a horrible apartment complex. This place is quiet, family friendly and the best part…leasing office actually listens to you and don’t treat you like garbage. I love this place, and I feel so safe here. It is a little pricey but well worth it for hard working people who just want to relax knowing they are safe and if you are sleeping during the day on weekdays you don’t have to worry about too much noise. When walking into the main office I noticed it was very clean and shortly after I was greeted with a warm welcome by Blanca and the other staff. Blanca asked me all sorts of personalized questions to help me find out my perfect options for my first one bedroom apartment. Blanca took me on a quick tour and I was surprised to see how clean the rooms were and all the bathrooms seemed like new! I really recommend this place :)
