Barely moved in oven lock broke they didn’t warn us about the reserve parking for new people pool is disgusting always green and I see them painting over nails and insects on the walls. The only good thing about this place is that the workers are nice and they take your trash out. Also, the gym need Quicker repair and to refill the tissues quicker

Disappointed- I typically don’t do these while living on site but this move-in experience has been terrible. Cabinets were filthy at move in. Office doesn’t answer the phone but the automated service will text, w/o’s get marked complete and not done, excuses on not being able to access the home but no pets/no one home on days noted. Mind you I’ve only been here 3 weeks. No “key cards” but on lease. 3 weeks waiting on appliance repair. Excuses on why pest control couldn’t enter. We have completed one year at Grand Palm Apartments and we were so happy with our experience that we have now extended our lease for another year. That says a lot about how comfortable we are living here. The staff is very helpful, friendly and genuinely caring. A special mention to Chris, who is truly amazing! Always approachable and willing to help whenever we need anything. The maintenance team is also excellent.
