Customer service ONLY as I haven’t visited the complex before CHRIS IS AMAZING!! We are relocating from Milwaukee to Houston so it’s a big move and I was calling apartment complexes everyday for two weeks to find the perfect one of all the calls I made 20+ Chris was the most helpful, informative friendly! I don’t have to really ask her for any info regarding the property she told me everything and more and so even though i didn’t end up renting just want to say Chris rocks and you are lucky to have her on your team!!!
I have lived here for years and am only moving for my next degree, but I am soooo sad to leave! If I could find a Grand Palms in Dallas I would move in a heartbeat! I love the spacious layout, the beautiful complex, my sweet management team, and the reasonable price. I haven’t found a complex that measures up to Grand Palms.
My friend visited here and really liked the place. Super friendly people at the office. lady helped me and another girl showed me around. Pool was clean and they are pet friendly. It’s definitely a place I’m considering!
Me and my boyfriend had done research previously before touring the apartment but once we had gotten there we spoke with Chris Armendariz, she was super helpful in letting us know about the apartment and the monthly cost of everything, she made the overall experience enjoyable!
