I would like to give a shout out to Blanca, she’s always communicating always helpful. I appreciate all the work she does And also always appreciate her service every time I call Office mostly she wanted is always helping and if you’re looking for a great peaceful family origin place come to Grand Plams and actual Blanca you will never regret it!

I am pleased with my living arrangement at Grand Palms. The leasing office staff are very attentive to our needs and prompt in handling any issues that may arise. Jennifer Canales, member of the leasing office is responsive and very efficient in handling all my concerns , always with a smile.
We've lived here for a while now and absolutely love it! Jennifer and Tajmah are always very pleasant and the maintenance guys are fairly responsive. All the events they put on are fun and bring everyone together. Definitely recommend moving here!
