I lived there from 2019-2021. Back then they were under landmark management and were amazing. Some of the amenities like the gaming room was never opened unfortunately, but I didn't mind it too much. My neighbors were great and I always had parking. The only complaint I had was the gate that kept breaking but they'd always get it fixed pretty quickly. For my 1 bed 1 bath I paid about $770 and electric bills were always low. Idk how it is now, but I liked it.
I just moved in my apartment and I love the complex and my unit. J was my leasing agent and they were the absolute best! Always keeping me updated with what forms and payments I needed to submit and was very punctual and professional throughout the entire leasing process. Loved working with him! I would definitely recommend looking into moving here if you are looking for an apartment in the Hattiesburg area that is on the nicer end but also affordable (and pet friendly :)!
