Good upkeep and clean. Friendly people but a lot of gossip. If you want a private life, forget it! I enjoyed living there in spite of the gossipers/busy-bodies who feed on everyone's life. Guess there is not anything better to do. The maintenance fellas are great (helpful)and the manager is a good one. My dog really liked it there - taking walks and meeting people (me too). Not crazy about Scottsville itself.
