i stay in landmark apartments been here almost 6 months and can t wait til my lease is up. its old and worn down something always breaking down and have to call maintenace. My central air/heat always going out, on many occasions its been late at night so i had to call maintenace. The walls are so thin i can hear my neighbor snoring at night and every conversation he have on his house. My shower makes a loud noise sound like a train when you cut on after calling maintence so many times i just gave up. Also theres no w/d hook ... read more
These apartments are absolutely AWFUL!!! They are soooooooooooo old. They need to be torn down and rebuilt. The air conditioning unit is so old that it keeps the unit from functioning the way it should; therefore, you have to keep your air on lowest setting and this makes your electric bills high. Also the carpet needs to be taken out. I can go on and on, but for what you pay and no washer and dryer- THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE APARTMENT THAT I HAVE LIVED IN. Please keep it moving because this is NOT where you want to stay.
