I would like to start by saying that this post is intended to warn individuals who may be looking for a place to rent in Clinton, Mississippi. Based on my personal experience as a resident for five years, I would not recommend renting at Landmark Apartments. The first three years were relatively good, but over time I began experiencing numerous maintenance and safety concerns. I have good things to say about management the maintenance man and the property. A issue occurred and it was addressed respectfully appropriately and fairly by Kayla. The maintenance man seems to like his job and had nothing but good things to say about the office ladies. Also the property is always well kept clean and no one is lingering around outside.
