Here's a company with the answers. I was suddenly able to rent a house out but had no idea how. I turned to them for help and for a small fee they managed, wrote the lease and found tenants. They also had a network of home repair, insurance and even lawyers ready to help. It was the best move I ever made. All the benefits about being a landlord and 0 hassle. Great business, and professional people which is something rare theae days.

You can't find a better landlord than this. Very thorough in screening and cares about their properties. Works very hard to weed out the riffraff and sustain good tenants.
