Fine folks doin a fine job
The lady who runs this place, Rena, is extremely rude. The first time I spoke to her was over the phone and she had the worst attitude ever. She didn't want to answer any questions I had. Went out of her way to just be disrespectful in all ways even though I had just spoken to the home owner and was informed that Rena knew I'd be calling to rent the home. If you are looking for a property manager for your properties do not go here. Unresponsive, did not solve issues tenants had been complaining about, and mostly unhelpful. Got a new property manager. Fixed an issue I had asked about months ago within a week and it was as simple as moving heavy stuff leaning up against a garage wall causing the garage to lean.
Do NOT rent from this company.... you will NEVER see a penny of your deposit regardless of the condition you leave the house/apartment. Also, under no circumstances should you rent from Amin Derak I rented from him through this place, left it in better condition than I found it.....both house and the yard...and he still didn't give me any of my deposit
