Update! Terrible to tenants. The worst! They are unresponsive when it comes to repairs. We had leaks and water damage that my husband repaired. The fence was knocked down by a storm and was not repaired for the majority of our lease, creating an unsafe environment and lack of privacy. We had to put in money and work to make it through the year safely. They kept our deposit, charging us for damage that was already there. Wonderful experience with this company and how thorough and professional they are. They thought of everything to help us get started renting with them. Property manager is very quick to respond and very helpful.
