Having dealt with a miserable tenant, I sought out a property manager. I interested several and so thrilled that I chose Kasheem! From the first meeting, everything was explained and Kasheem was always available to answer questions and concerns. Each month is a pleasure as rent is collected pain and worry free. Highly recommended!!
Sometimes Landlord/Management Company and Tenant relationships can be complicated depending on the circumstances. In this situation I can say after meeting Mr. Jones it became uncomplicated.
