Sometimes Landlord/Management Company and Tenant relationships can be complicated depending on the circumstances. In this situation I can say after meeting Mr. Jones it became uncomplicated. Whenever I voiced what I needed him or Mr. Clark responded. Communication was clear and respectful and I can truly say after understanding the circumstances we were in things got better.
