So far so good - they have been capable and reliable especially in handling tenants, so I don‘t have to, filling vacancies and so on. I had been managing the building myself for 25 years, and due to certain issues could not do it any longer. They have gotten better rents than I did, partially countering the (reasonable) fee they charge.
Landlord management has been a great solution to the management difficulties I had with the previous property management. Landlord management came in with a professional approach to not only get me market rate for my units but also in dealing with tenant issue. Highly recommend.

What a blessing to have Landlord Management overseeing our property. As a small Condo that started out self-managing but switched to another management company that was a horror, the benefits of having Landlord and our Property Manager Kasheem Jones is significant.
